Information on the Specific Position: HR & Talent Specialist We are looking for an HR & Talent Specialist to support the daily HR operations and assist with recruiting technical profiles for OSMIUM’s branches in Italy and Spain . This role is hands-on and operational, ideal for someone early to mid-career who wants to grow within HR in a tech environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineering and cybersecurity roles. Help define job descriptions together with hiring managers. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes. Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. HR Operations Support daily HR operations and act as a first point of contact for employees. Assist with onboarding processes. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Support internal HR communications and administrative tasks. People & Culture Help support employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Act as a trusted and approachable HR contact for the team. Contribute to building a positive, collaborative company culture. Design and execute employer branding initiatives. Support the creation of employer branding content (job postings, careers page content, LinkedIn posts, internal stories). HR Processes & Compliance Assist in implementing HR processes, policies, and best practices. Ensure compliance with Italian labor law, with guidance from senior HR support. Coordinate with external providers when needed (payroll, consultants). Help document and improve HR workflows as the company scales. Requirements Resident in Torino or its vicinity 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar HR role. Interest in technology, software, or cybersecurity environments. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Italian labour law and HR compliance. Willingness to learn and grow within an HR role in a scaling company.
