Roles & Objectives As an Intern you will be part of the EHS Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A and will report to the Manager of Manufacturing Sustainability. The position will be based in Bologna. Specific Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of Sustainability and EHS initiatives and tools across the factory; Support managers and supervisors in promoting awareness on Sustainability policies, procedures and continuous improvement activities; Collaborate in identifying improvement opportunities, weaknesses or emerging issues within ongoing Sustainability projects; Support the creation and improvement of dashboards and data models in Excel (advanced) and Power BI (preferred); Participate in site inspections, walkthroughs and routine Sustainability activities, supporting the team in data gathering and documentation (no autonomous risk assessment or formal evaluations). Who We’re Looking For Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Safety Engineering or related fields; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts, formulas); Knowledge of Power BI or strong motivation to learn it quickly; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
