We are looking for a Functional Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in Banking onboarding processes and core banking environments . This is a highly operational and analytical role, ideal for professionals with direct exposure to banking processes, rather than purely strategic profiles. Key Responsibilities Perform AS-IS process analysis (phase zero) Conduct functional and technical analysis at application layer Support testing activities , including test book definition and use case preparation Manage end‑to‑end onboarding processes (customer acquisition) Support multi‑product sales orchestration Ensure alignment between Front‑end applications and core Banking systems Handle customer documentation and KYC processes Required Experience & Skills Strong experience in Banking onboarding / customer acquisition processes Hands‑on experience with core Banking systems Experience working with multiple banking products, such as: Debit cards Credit cards Current accounts Securities accounts Wealth / deposit products Good understanding of: Branch processes and commercial desk operations Sales process orchestration Standard reconciliation processes Experience with system integration (product catalog, internal conditions) Ability to manage Front‑end processes for new customer relationships Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar roles Strong hands‑on approach and direct involvement in banking environments Ideal Profile Solid end‑to‑end understanding of onboarding processes Transversal Skillset Detail‑oriented, analytical, and execution‑focused Work mode: remote.
