Perceived Quality Manager – Premium/Luxury Automotive Design Consulting Italia is a design and engineering consulting firm for the premium/luxury automotive sector, focused on product excellence and user experience. Ensure every vehicle consistently and recognisably expresses the brand’s values, turning perceived quality into a measurable competitive advantage throughout the entire product development cycle. Define the Perceived Quality strategy in line with the brand’s positioning and identity Manage multisensory quality (visual, tactile, acoustic, olfactory, interaction) across all phases Oversee benchmarking of premium/luxury brands and translate insights into actions Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Prototyping, Manufacturing, UX) Embed Perceived Quality from concept/architecture stages, reducing risk and rework Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields Significant experience with premium/luxury OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers Advanced knowledge of perceived/sensory quality, UX, and interior/exterior quality Fluent English (C1/C2); Italian a plus Willingness to travel within Europe (to clients, suppliers, and plants)
