PRODUCTION ENGINEER - INTERSHIP Fundamental Purpose Work with Production Planning ensuring that the Operational Area production plans are optimized and scheduled to maximize profit and minimize losses Key Responsibilities & Duties Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing techniques to increase line speeds and reduce bottlenecks. Production Planning: Collaborate with Process and Department to ensure that capacity models are updated and representative. System Design: Design tooling and plant layouts to enhance productivity. Troubleshooting: Identify, document, and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions. Documentation: Prepare production reports, analyze data, and maintain records. Collaboration: Work with R&D, maintenance, and production teams to optimize output.
