Support for the adoption of new technologies and the implementation of new solutions. Technical support for internal users regarding advanced queries and issues. Preparation of process and procedure documentation, contributing to continuous improvement. Collaboration with other departments in the implementation of ICT solutions. Collaboration with the team to resolve technical issues. Technical Skills and Soft Skills Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). Experience with both Linux and Windows server operating systems. Expertise in Nutanix, VMware, Proxmox, or similar virtualization environments. Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, and automation tools. Knowledge of ITIL best practices and cybersecurity principles. Ability to design, review, and validate complex technical solutions. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to solve problems effectively and timely.
