We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong functional and technical expertise across the platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ITSM and related modules, proven experience with integrations and portal development, and the ability to optimize instance performance. This role requires strong adaptability, excellent documentation practices, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration mechanisms. Develop and maintain Service Portal Employee Center experiences, including widgets, themes, and UI customizations. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, platform governance, and upgrade-safe practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide technical guidance. Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis. Required Skills and Qualifications 5 years of professional experience working on the ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security model, and development lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technical demands. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, structured documentation.
