Job Overview The Junior PMO supports the Super Naval Vessel Division Program within the Business Integration Office, contributing to the structured planning, monitoring, and governance of program initiatives. The role ensures consistency, transparency, and data-driven decision making across the program by supporting coordination activities, tracking performance, and enabling effective communication among stakeholders within the Fincantieri Naval Division. This role is designed as an entry-level PMO position, focused on building strong capabilities in program governance, performance monitoring, cross-functional coordination and structured communication. Key Activities Support the monitoring of program scope, timelines, costs, and key performance indicators Collect, consolidate, and maintain program-level information and reporting Contribute to the preparation of program documentation (e.g., work plans, reports, briefings, meeting materials) Support the coordination of cross-functional activities within the Super DMM program Prepare minutes and structured outputs to ensure traceability of decisions and actions Ensure regular updates of digital tools and dashboards supporting program visibility Contribute to the implementation and tracking of monitoring & evaluation frameworks Contribute to maintain and organize program documentation and deliverables ensuring accessibility and consistency Support the collection and structuring of program outputs, results, and lessons learned Contribute to synthesis reports and analytical insights to support internal discussions and decision making through the Naval Vessel Division digital platform Ensure proper cataloguing and archiving of program materials across involved entities Support knowledge sharing within the Business Integration function and across the Division Skills Master’s Degree in STEM disciplines Passionate about Technologies and Innovations topics Attitude toward interdisciplinary work and knowledge of major digital software tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
