Managing purchase order confirmations and procurements on specified delivery dates. Contacting suppliers to request advances or reminders regarding the delivery of materials ordered. Reporting on KPIs related to non-compliance and adherence to contractual lead times. Evaluating, together with the Supply Chain team, any proposals to change the terms and conditions of suppliers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in economics, political science, engineering, or equivalent qualifications. Short period of previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage. Ability to work cooperatively with an international team, handle requests, and enter data. Excellent familiarity with IT applications. Required fluency in English (spoken and written). Compensation: 800 euros gross per month, 7€ meal tickets, and 8 days of remote work per month. Benefits: 6-month internship with opportunity for skills development.
