What You Will Do Onboard/Train TheFork Partners to TheFork Manager, the best ERBs for restaurant booking management out there; Ensure Partners are using the management software on a daily basis, and support them to streamline and improve their service management; Guide our Partners through their digital transformation; Generate interest in Partners by showing them the opportunity to upgrade their ERB; Re‑train Partners on the ERB, and proactively propose a refresh about it when needed; Be watchful for improvement in training techniques; Guarantee an excellent partner experience during the onboarding process; Bring feedback from the field to improve our ERB, in collaboration with our Product Team. You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications At least C2 level of Italian and fluency in English are mandatory; Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated; Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is definitely a plus); Great communication skills; Team player, passionate, open‑minded with a touch of humor; Great stamina and flexibility.
