Team Description SumUp’s People Operations team keeps our people experience running smoothly across Europe — and payroll and HR operations sit right at the heart of that. As we continue growing across Southern Europe, we’re looking for a Working Student to join our Italy People Operations team in Milan. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR or payroll career to gain hands‑on experience in People Operations, support employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to improving the way we work. You’ll join a collaborative and fast‑paced team focused on creating efficient, people‑centric processes while ensuring an excellent employee experience. What you’ll do As a Working Student in People Operations, you’ll support the team with day‑to‑day HR administration and employee lifecycle activities, helping ensure our processes run accurately and efficiently.
