Excellence, innovation and sustainability are the drivers behind our growth as a company and team.We are looking for a HSE Manager to join our team based in Forlì.MISSIONEnsures the management of the activities related to the environmental safety and security of the employees, in collaboration with an occupational doctor and Group HSE, analyzing risks and accidents and planning improvement initiatives.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESHSE Local Management Following Group policies and procedures, ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and energy standards and the level of risk in terms of safetyManages and coordinates occupational medicine activitiesManages employees’ occupational injuries and disabilities in cooperation with Human Capital and the local occupational doctorEnsure the right evaluation of the ergonomic workstationEnsure the timely procurement of DPI and its proper handling and distribution. Monitor the safe use of DPI in different rolesVerifies compliance with legal duties (plant certification, emissions management, and other legal duties defined by regulations)Manages the mandatory training about safetyManages the first aid teams Risk Analysis and Audit Management Analyze and evaluates risk related employee safety, plan improvement initiatives and monitor resultsAnalyze injuries and incidents, definition of corrective actions and improvements needed to improve the incidence of accidents and incidentsUpdates the local HSE management systemResponsible to manage local audit in coordination with Group HSE Management System Reporting Responsible to update HSE local KPI related to accidents, energy consumption, hazardous waste management etc..Provides accident and incident analysis to define corrective actions and improvements needed to reduce the incidence of accidents and incidentsProvides environmental risk analysis in order to define corrective actions and improvements necessary to reduce environmental risks REQUIRED SKILLS Proven experience in HSE roles within complex manufacturing or industrial production environmentsStrong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and environmental compliance requirementsExperience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and implementation of corrective actionsSolid understanding of ISO standards related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy Management SystemsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsProactive mindset with strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
