To strengthen our Competitive Cost Benchmarking (CCB) capability, we're seeking a Competitive Cost Benchmarking Pilot/Engineer to serve as the control tower for benchmarking activities, connecting engineering, plants, planning, and market intelligence across regions.This regional role with global impact will play a key part in identifying cost opportunities, understanding competitor trends and supporting decision‑making from early vehicle development through serial life.Your missionAs CCB Pilot, you will coordinate and steer all Competitive Cost Benchmarking activities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and consistency of approach worldwide. You will translate benchmarking insights into concrete cost opportunities, supporting CTPC and technical teams in improving vehicle and system cost performance.Key responsibilitiesAct as the control tower for Competitive Cost Benchmarking, ensuring coordination between Engineering, Plants, Planning and Customer & Marketing IntelligenceProvide robust and detailed competitor cost analyses (vehicle and system level), comparing competitors against Stellantis vehicles to identify improvement opportunitiesEstablish and continuously update BIC TPC, ensuring challenging and relevant targets for current and future programsDefine and manage the annual CCB plan, collecting needs from CTPC and stakeholders and reporting on activities, budget and resultsBuild strong internal and external benchmarking networks, collaborating with PDT Benchmarking teams, engineering meta‑functions and third‑party benchmarking partnersCreate and maintain a structured cost benchmarking database to support decisions across new development, serial life and transversal comparisonsManage and track cost reduction proposals, supporting their implementation through structured systems and stakeholder alignmentAct as main interface with third‑party benchmarking companies, capturing trends, insights and emerging cost opportunitiesSupport plants and transversal stakeholders by sharing CCB studies, gathering needs and promoting benchmarking cultureIdentify areas of improvement within Stellantis based on benchmarking feedback and market trendsKey deliverablesCompetitive cost studies comparing Stellantis vs competitorsSupport to target setting in early phases (vehicle and component level)Cost reduction proposals for development (Design‑to‑Cost) and serial lifeCompetitive sensitivity analyses (non full‑vehicle scope)BIC TPC definition and updatesInput to challenge specifications and disruptive solution identificationQualifications:Master’s degree in engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in Cost, BOM management, and cost consolidation (mandatory)Strong knowledge in:Engineering and vehicle technologyCosting (cost management, cost consolidation, cost evaluation)Project Management (planning skills, teamwork, budget management; similar to PEM role)Advanced skills in Excel and data managementInterface:Partners (CTPC, PDT\ PFDI performance, Bench, CIPA)Customers (Plants cluster lead, Eng (CCLP\ CVE programs), EE Tech Center(heads), Purchasing)At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
