As our Revenue Growth Manager Lead, you will spearhead the definition and deployment of our Commercial RGM strategy across various categories, channels, and customers. A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing Leading and Collaboration – Lead the local RGM team, deliver best-in-class engagement and support in all aspects of the Promo & Price Strategy. Coordinate the annual and multi-year plans focusing on list price, trade allowance, mix, promotions, and price pack architecture. Strategy Coordination – Work closely with the Category Team to define and monitor the annual assortment, merchandising, promotion, and shelf enhancement strategies. Revenue Growth Management – Drive and coordinate the local definition and deployment of revenue growth management plans with the business unit. Sales Fundamentals Support – Develop and adapt a conceptual selling toolkit using insights to support the delivery of key performance indicators for sales fundamentals. Plan Alignment and Selling Stories – Align the plan with the business unit and category/activation, working on profit and loss, distribution plans, and create compelling selling stories to engage the sales team and customers. We’re Looking for Someone With University Degree. Experience of major customer engagement/multi-category & multi-channel. Excellent analytical skills and confidence using category sources (Kantar, Circana, Nielsen) combined with the ability to translate data into insights. Knowledge in managing the strategy for different channels: Retail, Traditional, Far Away from Home. Analytical capabilities (P & L), high level of Microsoft Excel use. Excellent communication and influencing skills in both Italian and English.
