We are currently supporting a global client undergoing major OMS and ERP transformation projects across their retail and supply chain landscape. They are looking for an experienced Manhattan OMS Consultant to join their team on a long-term contract basis, or contractor-to-hire basis in Milan, Italy. Project Details: Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 12 Months Location: Milan, Italy Contract Type: Freelance / Contractor Role Overview: The successful consultant will support the integration of Manhattan OMS with SAP ERP, while contributing to ongoing end-to-end evolution projects and the rollout of new system features. This is a key position within the client’s internal transformation programme. Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end enhancement and evolution projects Assist with implementation of new OMS features and functionalities Collaborate with internal business and technical stakeholders Provide expertise across OMS processes, workflows, and integrations Support ongoing optimisation and system improvements Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan OMS Proven experience integrating Manhattan OMS with third party systems Experience delivering end-to-end implementation or enhancement projects Strong understanding of retail, supply chain, or order management processes Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment
