The team you will be a part of The Intern team supports department on a short term basis with undergraduate or graduate student status, typically based on the field of study. This role in summary The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily activities, gaining practical experience in various areas of personnel management. In particular He/She will work in an industrial context for our Plants in Europe with a specific focus on Cassinetta plant. They will be involved in projects related to recruitment, selection, training, and personnel administration, actively contributing to the achievement of the department's objectives. Your responsibilities will include Support the employee lifecycle management. Assist in organizing training and development courses for personnel. Cooperate in leading HR process (performance review, people planning, etc.) Update personnel databases and file documents. Support the preparation of reports and presentations. Collaborate with the HR team on specific projects. Currently pursuing Master’s degree in Humanities, Economics or Law. Knowledge of Office package Interest to work in an international and industrial environment Fluent in Italian and English languages Precision, organization and teamwork attitude.
