As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create unique events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. Key Responsibilities Assess feasibility (permitting, venue, costs) and support budget creation Plan and coordinate pre‑production (layouts, vendors, logistics) Manage vendors (technical, infrastructure, F&B, security, etc.) Coordinate with venues, local authorities, and internal teams Oversee load‑in, show execution, and load‑out onsite Manage timelines, task tracking, and run of show Identify operational risks and troubleshoot in real time Profile & Qualifications 3‑5+ years of experience producing live, experiential, or large‑scale events Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder productions Strong understanding of event logistics, technical production, and permitting processes Experience managing budgets and vendors end‑to‑end Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident onsite leadership, able to perform under pressure Working knowledge of safety standards and risk management in live events Experience in pre‑production (site visits, permitting, venue setup) Willingness and ability to travel and be onsite for event execution Required: Availability between May 1 and July 31 2026, with the possibility of extension until October 31 2026, and to travel on the weekends.
