This is a hands‑on yet supervisory role, suited to a candidate who is highly organised, technically minded, and confident overseeing the smooth day‑to‑day running of a modern, fully equipped home. Key Responsibilities Oversee the general running and organisation of the household Ensure all systems within the property are functioning efficiently, including smart home technology and electric gates Co‑ordinate and support the household team, maintaining high standards across all areas Take a hands‑on approach when required, assisting with housekeeping duties and ensuring everything is maintained to an exceptional level Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or mechanical issues within the home Liaise with external contractors and service providers when necessary Maintain organisation, structure, and seamless day‑to‑day operations Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within a private household Strong understanding of smart home systems and general household technology Mechanical or technical background preferred Proactive, hands‑on, and solutions‑focused approach Excellent organisational and coordination skills Team player with a flexible attitude Additional Information This role requires someone who takes pride in ensuring a home runs effortlessly, with the ability to balance oversight and hands‑on involvement.
