Position Overview Services Manager - Technical Support (Internal title: Services Senior Specialist - Technical Support) As a key member of the Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team, you will provide technical spare parts support to commercial partners and help optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy across the entire BH installed fleet. Responsibilities Providing technical spare parts support to Commercial partners across the entire BH installed fleet, ensuring accurate and timely responses. Contributing to team efficiency by flexibly shifting across the different activities covered, based on priorities and workload. Performing analytics and data management activities that enable operational visibility, decision‑making, and achievement of team objectives. Identifying innovative solutions to improve productivity and support business growth within the spare parts domain, in line with the Service LRP mission. Leveraging the expertise of Engineering, Technical Assistance, Global Operations to ensure accurate and fast resolution of assigned technical tasks. Collaborating with Commercial Teams and Contractual Performance Managers to provide technical feedback, highlight quality improvements, and flag potential business risks when identified. Building strong working relationships with regional teams and the broader IET organization, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Qualifications Bachelor/Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Relevant experience in O&G/Energy Industry. Strong knowledge of spare parts business model, systems and tools. Excellent technical knowledge of BH products with specific focus on Operations & Maintenance. Excellent knowledge of the Service‑BOM (asset) creation/update and SPIR emission, both as process and tool. Strong customer focus.
