The intern will support the Product Manager in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the brand, focusing on new product launches across all business categories. Such talent will support the product manager in strategic projects for the brand . Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Trade Marketing, Digital,Brand) Supporting the development and execution of new product launches for both make-up and skincare Conducting analysis on market trends, competitors, and portfolio architecture to identify opportunities and gaps within the product range Ensuring timely delivery of assigned projects and tasks Previous internship experience in a similar role for a multinational company preferred Good knowledge of Office package Good knowledge of Microsoft outlook Fluent in English KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
