Your missions Analyse and resolve connectivity issues related to machine onboarding, pairing, and network communication Investigate and support technical incidents reported by after-sales, customer care, and markets Support rollouts of new application versions, machine firmware, and connectivity features in new markets Prepare, update, and maintain service and troubleshooting guides for connected machines Collaborate with development teams on open connectivity issues and constraints Support the Quality Tech Lead in defining test strategies and test plans for connectivity technologies and use cases Contribute to preparation and validation of connectivity-related KPIs Prepare and update chatbot content related to connectivity topics Your profile Experience with connected hardware/devices Experience in communication and connectivity technologies: Cellular IoT, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Experience with FOTA/OTA update flows for connected embedded devices Experience with device-to-cloud communication using the MQTT protocol Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer engineering, or similar English fluent. (Other languages are a plus.)
