We are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Leader to drive regional growth, commercial excellence, and strategic execution within our traction systems business. This is a key role responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. What you will do: Define and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectives Drive sales growth, market expansion, and go-to-market initiatives Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across the region Optimize pricing strategies and cost structures to enhance competitiveness Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners Ensure excellence in project execution and customer delivery Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team (sales, marketing, support) Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics preferred); MBA is a plus 10+ years of experience in traction motors, drives, or vehicle electrification Strong background in off-highway and commercial vehicle applications Proven experience in regional or business unit leadership roles Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills Experience leading international, cross-functional teams Excellent communication and customer engagement skills Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage Why join Nidec?
