Roles and Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive 360° social media strategies aligned with client business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, or community growth). Oversee the creation of engaging, platform‑specific content (copy, video briefs, and aesthetics) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta. Monitor KPIs and deliver in-depth monthly reports, translating likes and shares into actionable business insights. Lead the brand's voice in digital spaces, fostering authentic engagement and managing reputation. Actively identify emerging trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to keep clients at the forefront of the industry. Work closely with the Paid Social, SEO, and Design teams to ensure a cohesive omnichannel approach. Act as primary point of contact for social media projects, presenting strategies and results to stakeholders with confidence. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within a digital agency environment. Professional proficiency in Italian and good English level is mandatory. Expert knowledge of the Meta ecosystem, TikTok Shop/Ads, and LinkedIn for Business. Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio). Strong copywriting skills and the ability to provide clear creative direction to designers and videographers.
