Role Description To facilitate our future growth in Italy, we are seeking an experienced M&A professional to join our team in Milan at the Partner level. We envision the candidate would be attracted to our firm by gaining access to: a global M&A platform a highly qualified analyst support team along with research resources a distinguished working space a professional and collaborative working ethos an economically rewarding fee sharing structure the potential to become an equity stakeholder Qualifications We would expect the candidate to have some 10 to 15 years of dedicated M&A experience along with an existing client portfolio and deal flow that can be integrated and expanded upon within our firm.
