We are looking for a hands‑on engineer to boost dealer service capabilities across our telehandler network. You will be the main technical partner for dealers, owning training, troubleshooting, and all dealer‑facing technical support. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site/remote support to resolve complex technical issues and improve first‑time fix rates. Implement service process improvements and drive dealer performance KPIs. Coordinate equipment upgrades/retrofits and manage dealer technical escalations. Requirements 3+ years of experience in construction machinery service (telehandler experience preferred). Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Fluent Italian; working English for technical communication.
