Trusted by professional athletes and passionate riders worldwide, we are committed to creating products that inspire confidence and elevate every ride.We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support our business development and customer relationship across German and Austrian markets.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, building strong relationship with dealers and customer and supporting sales activities from order management to after sales service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily communication with dealers and customers in Germany and AustriaProvide excellent customer service via email and phoneProcess orders, warranty claims, returns and customer inquiriesCoordinate with logistics and warehouse to ensure timely deliveriesMonitor customer accounts, collect feedback and track KPIsMaintain accurate customer and sales data in the ERP systemAttend and support trade shows, events and dealer meetingsMaintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customersQualifications3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales supportFluent German and English (written and spoken)French language skills is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsStrong problem-solving skills with a customer-orientated approachProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsPassion for sports and cycling is a plusMET is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
