What You’ll Do As part of our team, you will: Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and process analysis with business stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to ensure solutions align with business goals and constraints. Map and optimize business processes, identifying where AI/ML can create measurable impact. Support governance, documentation, and compliance activities, including model explainability and Responsible AI guidelines. Facilitate communication across business, technical, and project teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Contribute to testing and validation (UAT), ensuring solutions meet functional requirements. Support change management and adoption, preparing training materials and user documentation. What We’re Looking For Core Skills: Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation. Ability to translate complex technical concepts (AI/ML, data pipelines, LLMs) into clear business language. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel. Understanding of data‑driven processes and digital transformation initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
