We are currently seeking an EMEA Technical Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy . What kind of work will you be doing? Own the end-to-end direct-to-chip Secondary Fluid Network solution, ensuring technical consistency across cooling technologies, heat rejection, controls, software, and integration points. Supervise customized solutions from design to operation across different departments and act as technical solution authority from a solution offering perspective, validating feasibility, performance assumptions, and system-level trade-offs. Drive engineering-level reviews of concepts, architectures, and configurations in collaboration with R&D and Application Engineering. Define and maintain engineering-level product and solution specifications for Secondary Fluid Network. Contribute to supply chain enablement and roadmap technical alignment across BUs. Bring working knowledge of HVAC piping size and control strategies to shape SLO to meet customer needs. Navigate and interpret Revit models and 3D layouts and draft preliminary solutions when needed. Prepare single-line diagrams for preliminary solution proposals. Deliver technical demos, competitive comparisons, and solution positioning sessions. Drive and support NPDI proposals based on market demand, technology readiness, and system constraints. Prove experience working with complex thermal or HVAC systems, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments. What will make you successful? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree in engineering preferred. 4+ years of technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing, or directly related experience. Strong business acumen. Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives. Technical expertise to translate customer needs into solutions. Demonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, and project management. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. High focus on customer needs. Pipework engineering design experience. Ability to combine long-term and short-term goals by setting priorities. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive. Attitude to act as a leader in the role and with curiosity in new market trends and technologies. Fluent English written and verbal required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Revit, AutoCAD, and other business applications. Travel: Moderate (20%).
