Responsibilities Act as the main SAP contact for production scheduling and planning topics Support day‑to‑day SAP PP / PP‑DS operations (planned orders, production orders, sequencing, capacity checks) Ensure correct master data usage (work centers, routings, production versions, calendars) Ensure correct and efficient use of SAP production scheduling processes Identify gaps, errors, or inefficiencies and propose system or process improvements Drive standardization of production planning and scheduling processes Act as link between production, supply chain, and IT/SAP teams Provide first‑level support for SAP‑related issues in production scheduling Train end users and planners on SAP processes, best practices, and updates Monitor KPIs such as adherence to plan, capacity utilization, and order status Support analyses and reporting related to production performance Qualifications & Skills Degree in engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, production or a comparable education Expertise in manufacturing or production planning Experience with SAP PP or PP‑DS as a business user or key user Experience working with production orders, capacity planning, and scheduling Confident handling of ERP systems, preferably SAP Communication skills and analytical thinking Confident handling of MS Office programmes (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of German will be considered a plus Benefits Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High‑tech projects in the future‑proof sector of e‑mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance‑related pay Additional company benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
