INNOVA is looking for a proactive and organized Reception / Administration Officer to join our team at our Rome office. The selected candidate will support daily front-office operations and administrative activities while contributing to a dynamic international innovation environment focused on European projects, technology transfer, and business support services. Key Responsibilities Managing reception and welcoming visitors, partners, and stakeholders Handling incoming calls, emails, and internal communications Organizing meetings, calendars, and office schedules Supporting administrative and operational activities Assisting with document management, reporting, and office coordination Supporting logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events Requirements Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication and interpersonal abilities Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools Ability to work independently and within a team Italian and English language skills are preferred Previous experience in administration or office support is considered an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
