Overview We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Retail Operation Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in Milan. You will report directly to the IT Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail IT infrastructure across our store network in Europe and the US. You will provide both first- and second-level IT support, remotely and on-site, taking ownership of installations, troubleshooting, rollouts, and new store projects. Qualifications Experience in retail IT or store operations with hands-on hardware and software support. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and travel as needed.
