This role is ideal for a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in the design industry—preferably in lighting —who wants to be directly involved in the full product lifecycle, from development to quality assurance and supplier coordination. Support the end-to-end product development process , from concept to industrialization Manage relationships with external partners , ensuring quality, timing, and cost alignment Monitor and improve product quality standards throughout development and production Assist in the transition from prototype to scalable industrial product 2–3 years of experience in product development , quality control, or similar roles within furniture, design, or lighting industries ~ Knowledge of materials, components, and production techniques ~ Familiarity with rotational molding and injection molding technologies ~ Fluent in English ~ Proficiency in 3D modeling software ~ Knowledge of CAD tools ~ Please submit your CV via LinkedIn.
