About the Role Sales Development Representative - Categorie protette (L.68/99) (m/w/d) Driven and enthusiastic individual expected to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Responsibilities Research and prospect for new clients in the Italian market. Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints. Present our solution to a range of stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth. Collaborate with the Sales Executive and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop. Basic Qualifications Native level of Italian and a good level of English. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or a graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or a similar field. Strong proactivity: actively propose value‑creating solutions without fear of mistakes. Resilience and hunger: eager to raise the bar daily. Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment with few certainties. Additional Experience of Interest Previous experience in SAAS sales, business travel, or startup environments. Compensation & Benefits Contract: Initial fixed‑term 6‑month contract with possibility of extension to a permanent position. Working hours: Full‑time, 40 h/week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid work: 2 days remote and 3 days in the office, flexible working hours. Salary: Starting from the 5th level and above, range €23‑24 k, following the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector. Equity: Stock options plan.
