Role Technical Customer Support for the Global market reporting directly to the Head of Technical Customer Support based in Italy. Provide technical support in close contact with our customers. Help customers solve quality issues, provide technical consultancy, develop projects, and offer support for product qualifications and trials. Support customers and end-users including problem solving, root cause analysis, recommendation of new product development, and support for product trials at converters and end-user premises. Organise immediate customer/end user visits or remote support for complex technical claims and technical consultancy. Provide converting and product training to both customers and colleagues. Gather customer inquiries for their technical and commercial feasibility in order to initiate new product development projects in alignment with company processes. Understand customer and end user needs and drive innovation by suggesting current solutions development. Present the new product portfolio and its technical capabilities to customers in cooperation with Marketing and Commercial teams. Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For High level of knowledge and experience of conversion, printing and application technology; production knowledge related to paper making process and general knowledge related to standard laboratory testing and R&D methods. Excellent problem solver; strong organization and communication skills to build long-lasting relationships with internal and external functions (spoken and written). Accountable, engaged and highly motivated at work; able to work under pressure. High insight of the market and competitor benchmarking. Can build customer loyalty and foster a customer-centric team environment. Available to travel frequently in Italy and abroad. Fluent in Italian and English.
