This is a high impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial manufacturing site. The individual will serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, acting as a strategic partner to both the Plant Leader and Regional EHS organisation to strengthen operational performance, safety culture, and regulatory compliance. The site requires a leader capable not only of maintaining compliance and safety standards, but also influencing behavioural change, embedding stronger EHS disciplines, and helping elevate overall plant performance during a time of transition. Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, engineering or a related scientific discipline. ~4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment ~ Strong experience with ISO systems and regulatory compliance ~ Demonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety culture ~ Proven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan execution ~ Experience in multinational environments is an advantage ~ Fluent in Italian and English Experience implementing EHS training initiatives and Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention programs across industrial manufacturing environments.
