Your mission is to help maintain platform integrity, label data, and support AI model training used by millions of users globally. What You Will Do Review and moderate Italian-language content (comments, posts, captions, videos) Label data to support machine-learning and GenAI development Evaluate user-generated content based on platform policies Provide accurate and timely decisions in platform safety workflows Assist with transcription tasks and semantic tagging Apply policies considering cultural context, idioms, slang, and pop‑culture knowledge Profile We Seek Experience Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or digital operations is valued. Experience in B2C or B2B environments is an advantage. Skills Strong written communication in Italian. Critical thinking & problem-solving mindset.
