Sales and Education Executive KAYALI is seeking a Sales and Education Executive to drive the commercial performance of the brand across Italy and Spain through best‑in‑class sales execution, education, and retail event support. Acting as a key brand ambassador within the region, you will deliver impactful training to Beauty Advisors, bring the KAYALI brand story to life, and directly influence sell‑out performance across key retail partners. This is a field‑based role, with Italy as the primary market. Regular travel across Spain will be required to support retail teams, strengthen brand presence, and deliver elevated customer and education experiences across the region. Education & Training Deliver high‑impact education across: In‑store one‑to‑one and group trainings Classroom‑style sessions Large‑scale conventions, conferences, and events Onboard and upskill Beauty Advisors on: Product knowledge Kayali Brand and story Heritage Fragrance storytelling and layering education Selling techniques and conversion strategies Ensuring all education is aligned with global brand guidelines and adapted to the key markets Sales Deliver high‑impact education across in‑store one‑to‑one and group trainings Conduct classroom‑style sessions Brand & Event Support Represent the brand at retailer events Participate in press and PR moments Engage in launch activations and VIP experiences Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in beauty and retail sales , with a strong focus on fragrance . Proven background in training and education , including: In‑store education Classroom training Large‑scale conventions or conferences Skills & Competencies Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate education into sales results Confident presenter with excellent facilitation skills Strong storytelling and brand communication abilities Highly organised and self‑motivated Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role Languages Fluency in Italian / Spanish is essential Fluency in English is essential Additional European languages are a strong advantage Travel Key Market for this role: Italy Willingness to travel across Spain #J-18808-Ljbffr
