Global Mobility Specialist The Global Mobility Specialist will coordinate the relocation processes and support expatriate employees and their families throughout all phases of the relocation. Responsibilities Identify, manage and coordinate relocation providers globally, with a strong focus on the EMEA region Support expatriate employees and their families throughout all phases of the relocation Coordinate temporary housing solutions (furnished apartments, serviced apartments, Airbnb‑type solutions) Manage home search activities, including lease negotiation and contract signing Organize property check‑in / check‑out and inspections Coordinate utilities activation and rent payment support when applicable Support bank account opening and local administrative registrations Coordinate additional services such as school search and driving licence support (for company car holders only) Ensure accurate documentation management, reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in relocation, global mobility or similar services Proven experience in sourcing and managing local relocation providers Solid knowledge of expatriate relocation processes Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset Required Skills Degree or equivalent background in a relevant field Fluent English (Italian and/or French are considered a plus) Preferred Skills Proactive, well‑organized professional with an international mindset Comfortable working in complex, fast‑paced environments and liaising with multiple stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
