Mandarin Oriental, Milan is looking for a Shift Technician to join our Engineering team. About The Job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Engineering Department, the Shift Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the hotel. The Shift Technician reports to the department manager. Responsibilities Work independently on required requests for guest rooms and guest floors. Carry out routine checking and maintenance work for the hotel. Assist in updating work order status and record in computer accordingly. Communicate with departments or other relevant parties for work status. Ensure possession of Certificate of First Aid and completion of mandatory Security training. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience. Specialization in Plumbing, Air Conditioning Engineering, or Painting & Decoration is an advantage. Strong technical knowledge in property maintenance. Good English and Italian language skills. Hotel or guest services work experience is an advantage.
