HR Reporting & Organization Analyst Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making. Analyze workforce data including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, personnel costs, and organizational trends. Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to workforce planning and HR costs. Monitor and maintain organizational structures and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses and presentations for HR leadership and business stakeholders. Support organizational design and transformation initiatives through reporting and workforce analytics. Collaborate with HR teams and business functions to improve reporting processes and data quality. Use tools such as Excel and Power BI to automate reporting activities and enhance analytical capabilities. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in HR Reporting, HR Analytics, Organization, or similar analytical HR roles Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, Human Resources, or related fields Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good knowledge of Power BI Strong IT and data analysis skills Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting tools Strong analytical mindset, precision, and attention to detail Good communication and stakeholder management skills Good knowledge of English Experience in multinational or structured environments is considered a plus What We Offer We offer a range of benefits including new Learning opportunities, a comprehensive Welfare System, Life and Health Insurance, Modern Workstation and Discounts within the MSC group.
