Job Description YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through consistent and proactive communication. Understand partners’ business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support. Manipulate and analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Glovo. Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization. Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners’ needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service. Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry. Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering is a plus. Motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs. Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details. Highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution to drive results.
