Your Mission As Brand & Communication Manager , you will: Build and strengthen Mareblu’s brand equity Increase brand awareness and consumer engagement Lead communication strategies across both traditional and digital channels Drive consumer-centric product innovation and renovation Monitor performance and optimize marketing campaigns Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams in a fast-paced international environment You will be a key player in Mareblu’s growth, ensuring a strong competitive position and sustainable market success in Italy. Key Responsibilities Brand & Portfolio Management Own the performance of your product portfolio Define and execute brand and marketing strategies Drive market share growth and competitive positioning Lead short- and long-term innovation and renovation projects Manage the full commercial marketing cycle, including new product development Digital & Communication Strategy Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media, display advertising) Brief and manage digital and communication agencies Review and approve content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives Monitor KPIs and ROI, analyze campaign performance, and optimize continuously Manage digital communication budgets and external partner relationships Market & Consumer Insights Track market trends and analyze consumer behavior Identify target audiences and design campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategy Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance Operate in an international, multi-country, fast-paced environment Coordinate with global stakeholders on marketing initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
