About the Role For our Lissone headquarters, we are looking for an HW Engineer. Responsibilities Reporting to the Electronic Design Manager within the Electronic Design Group, you will be responsible for: Designing analog/digital/RF/power electronic circuits contributing since the design concept phase. Simulating electrical and thermal performances. Debugging the circuit prototypes and following up the production start-up process. Managing Schematic Symbols libraries according to IPC standards. Collaborating with the Research and Development group during the design phase of new products. Researching and be constantly updated on new technological solutions & components. Collaborating with the PCB designer and third-party EMS, focusing on Quality and Cost optimization. Creating technical documentation & technical files to preserve the design know-how for future product evolutions. Creating the manufacturing documentation package. Creating the testing procedures for product validation. Solving design issues and improvements. Qualifications You hold a 5‑year degree in Electronic Engineering (mandatory). Required Skills You are familiar with the robust design of analog circuits, digital circuits, and power electronics. You have the necessary knowledge on applicable safety and EMC regulations. You use electronic CAD tools (preferably PADS Professional, Mentor Expedition PCB Design). You are familiar with IPC standards. You have a good working knowledge of spoken and written English. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of mechanical CAD tools. Good relational skills, precision, and a willingness to work in an international team in English language.
